In keeping with our promise to provide ongoing support to our volunteers, we have set up a private space for them, where they can access a calendar of check-ins and support groups for volunteers.
We have also gathered all your feedback on the quality of the support groups and implemented ongoing training protocols for our moderators; we have even brought in a counselling professor as a consultant to provide specific training for moderators!
