National Survey on Unethical Practices in the Care of Psychiatric Patients

The Italian Bipolar Association is proud to announce the official launch of the first National Survey on Malpractice in the Care of Psychiatric Patients, an integral part of the MENCAP Project. Following over a year of careful preparation and collaboration, this important survey is now available to complete. The aim is to collect rigorous, structured data on the real-life experiences of patients and carers, in order to accurately identify the critical issues within the Italian psychiatric system and propose concrete measures in terms of legislation, training and awareness-raising.
