New Instagram Management: Volunteers, Support Chats and Accessibility Initiatives

We’ve revamped our management and introduced new features such as weekly volunteers, dedicated one-to-one support chats, and accessible content to raise awareness and expand our mission. Modena Conference
A conference has been organised in Modena to raise public awareness of the need for reforms in psychiatric care and to present our work to the community.
Growth of volunteers
The first month of work with the new volunteers has come to an end; they are actively contributing to the AIBP’s activities.
First National Survey
The first comprehensive survey in Italy to document discrimination and medical malpractice in the psychiatric sector is currently being developed.

A survey has been launched for users of the Telefono Amico project to better understand their needs and improve the support provided.

We are currently meeting with the first centres to start opening our physical support centres in Italy! This is a great opportunity to offer in-person services, expand our reach and support more families and patients across the country.
