Following our promise of continuous support to volunteers, we have implemented a private space for our volunteers, where they can access a calendar of check-ins and support groups for volunteers themselves.

We are improving the training of volunteers!
We have also collected all your feedback on the quality of support groups and implemented ongoing training protocols for our moderators, We have hired a Counselling professor as a consultant for the specific training of moderators! In addition, we also collected feedback from volunteers with anonymous surveys and reworked the volunteer training from module 1 to module 4 with their suggestions and requests.
